SCREENING
ASSESSMENT
REFERRAL
Any person within ANCHORED’S service area will have timely access to a screening/assessment to determine needs and eligibility. Individuals who are not eligible for services through ANCHORED will be referred to the appropriate agency for assistance.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
The purpose of the initial assessment is to determine individual needs. The severity of those needs, and the service that would best meet those needs. The assessment process involves meeting with a mental health professional between one and two hours. Psychological history, current symptoms and problems impacting life, and level of functioning are assessed to determine the needs of the individual.
OUTPATIENT
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES
Anchored provides outpatient services throughout the community, home-based locations, and school-based locations.
CARF Accredited Outpatient Mental Health Treatment Program
INDIVIDUAL & GROUP COUNSELING
Method of treating behavioral health issues using face-to-face, one-on-one and group interaction between mental health professional and consumer with the goal to promote emotional or psychological change to alleviate problems.
FAMILY COUNSELING
Face-to-face interaction between a mental health professional and family with the goal to facilitate emotional, psychological, or behavioral changes and promote successful communication and understanding.
LICENSING SUPERVISION
Anchored currently offers Licensing supervision. The supervision process follows the requirements specified by California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Both, individual and group settings are available.
