An enhanced therapeutic experience.
It’s Giving Anxiety is a 4-week processing group designed to help middle school youth better understand anxiety and learn healthy ways to cope with big feelings. The first three sessions are held via telehealth and focus on recognizing emotions, learning coping skills, and building confidence through interactive activities and group conversation. Teens will explore topics like school stress, friendships, and managing overwhelming thoughts in a supportive space where they can connect with peers. The final session takes place in person, where participants will practice skills together, build community, and receive coping “fit kits” and resources they can continue using after the group ends.
